No surprises.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations between 48 and 12 hours are charged at 50%. Less than 12 hours or no-show is charged at 100%.
Safety & Child Seats
Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers. Child seats are provided free of charge when requested during booking and the child's age is specified.
Passenger Conduct
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, and food consumption inside the vehicle are not permitted. Damage caused by the passenger is chargeable; specialist cleaning carries a minimum €80 fee.
Force Majeure
Prestige is not responsible for delays caused by events outside its control, including heavy traffic, third-party accidents, strikes or extreme weather conditions.
